1. About ChannelSpikes
ChannelSpikes (channelspikes.com) is a YouTube channel spike analysis tool. It uses publicly available data from the YouTube Data API to identify upload patterns and performance trends. ChannelSpikes is not affiliated with YouTube or Google LLC.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Credits
- Scans consume credits. A typical full channel scan costs approximately 9 credits.
- Credits are purchased via Stripe and added to your account balance after payment confirmation.
- Credits are non-refundable, except in the case of a scan failure. If a scan fails due to a service error, the credits consumed by that scan are automatically returned to your balance.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
4. Acceptable use
You may use ChannelSpikes for personal or business analysis of publicly available YouTube channel data. You may not:
- Use the service in any way that violates the YouTube API Terms of Service.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate the ChannelSpikes platform beyond normal use.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. YouTube data
ChannelSpikes uses the YouTube Data API to fetch publicly available channel and video metadata. All data returned is public. We do not access private YouTube account data. Your use of data retrieved via ChannelSpikes is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
ChannelSpikes is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of YouTube data or analysis results. Analysis is based on publicly available data at the time of the scan.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChannelSpikes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows when terms were last revised.
